Welcome to myMediDoctor!

First, you should register Medi24 as your GP with CSS. 
Then, simply call our reception on +41 31 551 20 00 during practice opening hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) to arrange an appointment.

If, after a consultation with our myMediDoctor practice, a visit to a traditional general practitioner's office is still necessary, myMediDoctor will refer you accordingly.
The medical report of any external doctor’s visit, whether to a general practitioner or a specialist, must be sent to mymedidoctor@medi24.ch.

After scheduling an appointment with our medical team, your myMediDoctor will call you at the agreed time. Ideally, the consultation takes place via your smartphone’s video camera. Please make sure you are in a quiet place with a good Internet connection.

For a wide range of tests, we collaborate with partner laboratories to which we can refer you if needed.

As in any medical practice, billing is done according to the standard tariff through health insurance.

You can reach our practice Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm on +41 31 551 20 00. For urgent matters outside opening hours, contact our hotline (+41 58 277 77 77) or, for non-urgent requests, in writing via the Service Portal. In an emergency, please dial the emergency number 144 immediately.
